SHIPPING POLICY

We ship across the United States and Canada, with every order dispatched by hand from our studio in Reseda, California.

Free shipping over $50 Enjoy free standard shipping on US orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Processing time Each order is prepared with care, which usually takes 1–2 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking the moment yours is on its way.

Delivery time Once your order ships, here's roughly how long to expect: United States — standard tracked, 3–5 business days Canada — standard tracked, 4–15 business days These are carrier estimates, so an occasional delay can happen once a package leaves our hands — if anything seems stuck, reach out and we're glad to help you track it down.

Customs fees For some US and international orders, customs or import fees may apply. These aren't included in the shipping rate and are set by your local customs office, so they're the customer's responsibility.

Helping your order arrive safely Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — it's the surest way to get your candles to you. If a package returns to us because of an incorrect address, we're happy to reship it, with return postage covered by the customer. (We're unable to accept parcels that require extra postal fees on return, so accurate details really do help.) Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, we're unable to take responsibility for parcels that are then lost or stolen — though we'll always help you open a claim if something goes missing.
