Returns
We want you to love your LAWA candle. If something isn't right, you're welcome to return it within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, candles should be unused. Original packaging isn't required, but please pack your return carefully so it arrives safely. Just be sure to send your return before the 14-day window closes.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund you automatically to your original payment method and send a confirmation by email.
If something arrives damaged
Every candle is packed by hand with care, but transit can be unpredictable. If your candle arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, reach out within 48 hours of delivery at lawacandles2022@gmail.com with a quick description and a photo, and we'll make it right.
Please note that we're unable to cover candles left outdoors in heat, cold, or rain for an extended period after delivery.
Shipping & delivery issues
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey. While we can't take responsibility for parcels that are lost, stolen, or marked "delivered" by the carrier once they leave our hands, we're always happy to help you open a claim with the postal service.
To make sure your order reaches you, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the cost of return postage. (We're unable to accept parcels that require additional postal fees on return, so accurate details really do help.)
