Burn time varies by size and shape, so you'll find the approximate hours listed on each candle's product page. Actual burn time can shift a little with room conditions and how you care for the wick.

Trim the wick to about ¼ inch before each lighting, keep the candle on a level, heat-safe surface, and away from drafts. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and stop burning once about ½ inch of wax remains at the base.

Yes, with a little care. Keep your candle out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources when it's on display — soy wax is natural and can soften in high heat, so a cool, shaded spot keeps the form crisp.

We ship across the United States and Canada, dispatched by hand from our studio in Reseda, California. US orders over $50 ship free; for orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

We prepare each order with care, usually within 1–2 business days, and email you tracking as soon as it ships. From there: United States, roughly 3–5 business days; Canada, roughly 4–15 business days. These are carrier estimates, so occasional delays can happen.

If something isn't right, you're welcome to return an unused candle within 14 days of delivery. Original packaging isn't required, but please pack it carefully so it arrives safely. Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund your original payment method and send a confirmation by email.

We're sorry! Every candle is packed by hand, but transit can be unpredictable. If yours arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery at lawacandles2022@gmail.com with a short description and a photo, and we'll make it right.

For some Canadian and international orders, customs or import fees may apply. These aren't included in the shipping rate — they're set by your local customs office and are the customer's responsibility.
