Custom or semi-custom — how much to change

There are two ways in, depending on budget and timeline.

Semi-custom starts from an existing form and makes it yours — your colors, your scent, your quantities. It is faster, carries a lower minimum, and still looks nothing like an off-the-shelf gift.

Fully custom designs a form around your brand from scratch — a signature piece no one else can give. It takes longer and suits larger runs or a flagship gift you plan to repeat.

Most first orders start semi-custom. It is the shortest path to something that feels made for you.

Once you place a purchase order, we produce a sample and refine it through two rounds of approval — so you see and hold the exact piece before the full run. Can you add our branding to the candles?

What is the minimum order for custom candles?

It depends on the design and how much is customized. Semi-custom orders start lower than fully bespoke ones. Tell us what you have in mind and we will confirm the right minimum.

How far ahead should we order for the holidays?

Because your sample is made after the purchase order and goes through two rounds of approval, the earlier the better. Reach out well ahead of your send date and we will confirm a firm timeline you can plan around.

Are the candles scented?

Our signature candles are unscented, which keeps them clean and gift-safe for a wide audience. For corporate orders we can match a scent to your brand on request.

Can you handle large or recurring orders?

Yes. We hand-pour in small batches for consistent quality at volume, and many corporate gifts become a repeat order each quarter or holiday. We will scope capacity and timing with you up front.
